This problem touches international agreement between US and Mexico. Since it’s just a bill for now passed by President Obama, there are still series of discussion to absolutely and legally implement it. I think concerned Mexican leaders should make their steps to obstruct the bill if they sought it beneficial for both parties. Legal actions can reverse the situation; of course, the best for all must be executed.

I seem to recall that Obama's liberal allies tied up military tribunals in the courts for years while the detainees awaited trial.

Also, Bill Clinton thought it appropriate to treat terrorism as a law enforcement matter. His administration never went after the masterminds and sponsors of the first WTC attack, and left them free to plot 9/11.

He also wouldn't let the FBI and CIA work together, and used strict legalisms to block efforts to take out Bin Laden, with the result that he missed 13 different opportunities to get Bin Laden.

Now, we're following the same idiocies again, this time under a different president who claims to represent "change", but the more I see of this president the more I see Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton.
